「逆に」ははっきり言うと「the other way around」とかという英訳がありますが、実は英語ではこの意味は普通は言葉で言うではなく、イントネーションで通じます。例えば、「he might be the one who did it」という時に、「he」に強いアクセントを置きます。
例文１の「in fact」も「逆に」の意味をこの場合には通じます。
