保護者同伴でお願いしますって英語でなんて言うの？

未成年者は英語では minor または children under 18 です。
保護者は guardian.
親は parent です。
accompany は同行です。

「保護者」は "guardian" または「親」と言う意味の　"parent" を使います。「保護者同伴でなければならない」と言うのを強調するため、 "must" を使うといいでしょう。

例文：「未成年は保護者同伴ではないといけない」
Children must come with their parents.
