着痩せするタイプですって英語でなんて言うの？

❶You’re good at dressing skinny.
(あなた、着痩せするの上手だよね)。

Dressing skinny が着痩せ、という意味です。

❷You’re the type that can hide their body shape with clothes.
(あなたは体の線を服で隠せるタイプだね)。
アメリカ人は日本人とは違い、体の線を隠すどころか、出したいし強調したいので、この言い方は日本人に当てはまる言い方かな？

例えば:

(着痩せそして痩せて見えるテクニック)。
