「よく出来たと思う」、「自信がある」
と考えて、英語にすると良いですね。
1.I'm sure I did well on the exam.
テストが良く出来たと思う
.I'm sure は「確信がある」という意味ですから
「手応えがある」というニュアンスを
表すことが出来ます。
2.I'm confident I did well on the exam.
テストが良く出来たという自信がある
「自信がある」⇒「手応えがある」
と考えてください。
