今回お尋ねの
＞、なにもかも変わらないよというニュアンス
ですが、
～repeat the same day over and over again!
という箇所に、こめることができます。
ちなみに使われている文法は、
「命令文, and 主語＋動詞」
という形です。
ex. Study hard, and you'll pass the exam.
ですと、「懸命に勉強しなさい、そうすれば、試験に合格するでしょう」
という感じです。
今回は、
Stay in Japan, and you can repeat the same day over and over again.
「日本にいなさい、そうすれば、同じ日々を何度も何度もくりかえすことになりますよ」
というニュアンスで、少し皮肉っぽいですね。
最後に、Is that okay? 「それでいいの？」と聴いてみると良いのではないでしょうか。
