  • Everyone on the tour was Chinese except me.

ツアーに参加した人は僕以外全員中国人でした。 Everyone on the tour was Chinese except me. ツアーに参加した人=Everyone on the tour 全員中国人でした=was Chinese 僕以外=except me ぜひ使ってみてください。

  • Everyone on the tour was Chinese

ちょっと言い方を変えると自然に聞こえます。 直訳してしまうと:「Participants on the tour were all Chinese except for me」になります。これだと、冗長な言葉が多いので、シンプルに「Everyone on the tour was Chinese」と言えば、質問者様以外の参加者は皆中国人だったと言うことが伝わります。

  • Everyone on our USA tour was Chinese except me.

  • I was the only non-Chinese person on our tour

When you want to explain that everyone but you was Chinese on the tour; you can say it in the following ways: -Everyone on our USA tour was Chinese except me. -I was the only non-Chinese person on our tour
ツアーに参加した人が自分以外全員中国人だったことを説明したいなら、次のように言えます: -Everyone on our USA tour was Chinese except me. (アメリカツアーの参加者は私以外みんな中国人でした。) -I was the only non-Chinese person on our tour (私はツアーで唯一の非中国人でした。)

  • I was the only person on the tour who wasn't Chinese.

  • Everyone on the tour was Chinese apart from me.

The following sentences are acceptable: "I was the only person on the tour who wasn't Chinese" and "Everyone on the tour was Chinese apart from me". "Apart from" is alternative way of saying "except".
次のように言えます。 "I was the only person on the tour who wasn't Chinese"(ツアーに参加した人で中国人でないのは私だけでした) "Everyone on the tour was Chinese apart from me"(ツアーに参加した人は私以外全員中国人でした) "apart from" は "except"(~以外)の別の言い方です。

  • Everyone was Chinese except me

  • I was the only non Chinese person there

These sentences are explaining that one was the only individual at a location that was not Chinese, saying that 'everyone except me' singles yourself out as the only one who is not or is. by adding 'non' before something will make it 'not' 'none'. showing something that is absent. "My Business is a non profit organisation".
これらの文では、「そこにいた人は私以外全員中国人だった」と伝えています。 'everyone except me' は「私以外全員」という意味です。 'non' は他の語の前に置かれ、「~でない」の意味を表します。 "My Business is a non profit organisation". (私の会社は非営利団体です)

  • Everyone else on my sightseeing tour was Chinese.

The phrase "everyone else" is used to refer all the people in a group except you. Adding the word "sightseeing" to your sentence will help your listener know what kind of tour you are talking about. I hope that this helps. :)
"everyone else" は自分以外の全員を指します。 "sightseeing"(観光)を加えると、それが何のツアーだったのかが明確になります。 参考になれば幸いです。

  • i was the only person on the tour who was NOT Chinese.

  • Everyone who was on the tour was Chinese except me.

  • I was the only non-Chinese person on the tour that day.

By using the word "only" in the sentence you are stating that you are alone/the odd one out in a specific situation/circumstance. By saying "everyone on the tour was Chinese except me" you are stating that every other individual was of Chinese decent while you were the only "exception" meaning different one there.
"only" はここでは、それが自分だけであることを表します。 "everyone on the tour was Chinese except me" では「自分以外の人間は全員中国人だった」と伝えています。「自分だけが "exception"(例外)だった」ということ。
