日本語でいう、「[治安](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/25272/)」は英語では同じようには使いません。
英語でいう治安は「law and order」になりますが、会話では使わないし、非常に堅苦しい言葉です。
[安全](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/42285/)か危ないかどうかになります。従って、「① Safe / dangerous」。
例えば：
Is Brazil a dangerous country?
Japan is said to be a safe country to travel in.

口語表現ですがそれぞれを
[治安](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/25272/)がいい地域→good neighborhood
治安が悪い地域→bad neighborhood
と表現することが多々あります。この場合neighborhoodは地域・コミュニティを指します。そこでgoodとbadで、省略されていますが「治安が(良い）地域」「治安が(悪い)地域」という意になるわけです。
ただこの言い方におけるgoodとbadは、純粋な治安の良し悪しだけではなくその背景となる要素（景気や教育、歴史など）なども踏まえた良し悪しを示すニュアンスがあるので注意しましょう。
例：
This area is known for being a good neighborhood.
このあたりは治安が良いとされています。
他には：

dangerous = 危険
sketchy = 少し危ない（口語）
違うアングルから回答しました。「治安」という言葉をダイレクトに英語にしなくても良いのでしたら、この表現もしばしば使いますので覚えておいていただければと思います。
★ 意味
この英訳例の意味は「あなたはあなたの国で夜に一人で歩けますか？」です。つまり、誰かに襲われたりするような心配もなく、夜に一人で出歩けるほどに治安が良いかを聞いていることになります。
もちろん、「Aという国では」ということであれば、Can you walk alone at night in A? となります。
もっと具体的に質問したければ、「身の安全を心配することなく」のような表現をつけて言うこともできます。
Can you walk alone at night in your country without thinking about your safety?
「あなたの国では、あなたの安全について考えることなく、夜に一人で歩くことができますか」

You are going to an area of the city you have never been to before. You are worried about the possibility of robbery or assault. You ask your friend:

"Well, recently it's been pretty quiet there, but the crime rate in that area is quite high. In the daytime you should be OK, but don't walk around the streets at night."

「治安が良い」は英語でIt is safe（安全）を良く使います。
例：あの国は治安が良い（安全な国だ）＝It is a safe country.
「治安が悪い」に関しては、安全性の度合いによって、２つほど表現が使えます。
①「そこまで安全ではない（安全性に隙がある）」というように言いたいのであれば、not safe enoughが使えます。
例：あの国はそこまで安全ではない＝That country is not safe enough.
②「危ない／危険」と言いたいのであれば、dangerousが使えます。
例：あの国は危ない＝That country is dangerous.
安全な場所は a safe area, 危険な場所は an unsafe area です。
safeの前に否定の接頭辞の”un”を付けることによってsafeの反対語となります。
「治安（安全）が気になります」は以下の様にいうことができます。
I'm concerned about the safety of the area.

The opposite of safe is unsafe. If a place is safe it is protected from or not exposed to danger or risk.

saeの対義語はunsafeです。

For an unsafe country you can also use expressions like "an extremely dangerous city","the most lawless country", "the unsafest city in this country", "the most violent city", "the country with the highest crime rate", etc.
"a perfectly safe country"（完全に安全な国）や、
"the most peaceful country in the world"
（世界で一番平和な国）
"a country with the lowest crime rate"
（犯罪率のもっとも低い国）
のような表現も安全な国に対して使うことができます。
危険な国に対しては、
"an extremely dangerous city",（とても危険な街）
"the most lawless country",（もっとも法律の効力がない国）
"the unsafest city in this country",（この国でもっとも危険な街）
"the most violent city", （もっとも暴力的な国）
"the country with the highest crime rate"（犯罪率の高い国）
などの表現も使うことができます。

Some countries are not very safe to live in because of things like crime, natural disasters, white-collar crimes, and other offenses.
When someone we know is thinking of visiting there and we want to let them know that it isn't safe there, we can use the sentences above.
You can talk about the crime rate, the accidents that take place on the roads, corruption, and other important safety factors.
