コンビニの同僚の留学生にアドバイスしたいです。お客様が支払ったお金をレジ内にしまわないと危険だという理由です。以下、作文してみました。
When you turn your back on customers, you should put all the money into the register, just in case.

NO NAMEさんの英訳はいいですね！一応「register」の前に「cash」を入れておきましたが、なくても通じるでしょう。
例文２はもっと一般的にして「lock up the money」にして、お金は何に入れたらいいか説明していないです。レジとか、金庫とか。それに、現在形の「When you turn your back」の代わりに「If you're going to」（～をする前に）という「これから」の状態にしました。
