P.S. 「which」のほうが文法から見れば、正しいほうとなっていますが（なぜなら、決まった量から何か選べるからです）、実際の使い分けからいうと、「what」のほうがよく使えそうな言い方と思います。
後、Which floor are you going to? は少し教科書っぽい表現かもしれませんが（長すぎるからかな）、「Which floor?」または「which floor would you like?」などで結構だと思います。

This is probably the most common expression you will hear. "Which floor?" But you may also hear the expression "Which floor are you stopping on?" Either of these questions are usually asked by the person who is standing beside the elevator buttons. If you find yourself standing by the buttons be sure to ask anyone who gets on, "Which floor?"

"Which button would you like me to press?" - This answer is asking someone which floor number the person would like you to press the button for. So the answer to this question may be for example "3 please."
It's important to know that we use the phrases 'get off at' and 'get off on' when referring to stepping off/out of the elevating and on/at a floor.
To ask in a very polite manner, you can say, "Which floor would you like to get off at?"
You can also ask which floor by referring to the one you are going to. For example, "Are you getting off on the third floor as well?" This means that you or someone else in the elevator is going to the third floor.
You can also ask in two sentences: "I'm going to the tenth floor. How about you?"

This is the most common way in the U.S. you ask that question. It doesn't matter who it is, normally people will let you know because you both might be going the same floor. Other people choose to use the word Which instead of What but both are correct forms in asking.
