「どこで売られているのか私が知らないものを探しています」って英語でなんて言うの？

1) I'm looking for something but I don't know where it's sold.
「探しているものがあるのですが、どこで売られているかわかりません。」
と言うことができます。
「どこで売られているかわからない」は I don't know where it's sold となります。

2) There is something I would like to buy but I don't know where to find it.
「買いたいものがあるんだけど、どこで見つければ良いかわからない。」
where it's sold の変わり where to find it とも言えるかと思います。

I'm searchingはI'm looking よりふさわしい言葉だと思いますね。Lookingは見るってことを強調しますが、Searchingは見つけるためにいろんなところを探すことのニュアンスあります
