前提って英語でなんて言うの？

「前提」は英語でassumption , condition
と言います。

「～という前提で」は、

With the assumption that~,
On the assumption that~,
On the condition that~,

と言います。
（～には文章が来ます）

例文
You can go out on the condition that you are back by nine.
9時前に帰るのであれば、出かけても良いよ

「前提」は英語で「Premise」という意味があります。
「まず前提として」には「On the premise of」という翻訳が使われます。
「〜という前提で、」と言いたい時に「Supposing ～、」や「Assuming ～、」という表現が良いと思います。
