〜ぶりって英語でなんて言うの？

It's been a month since~は直訳すると
「～して1ヶ月だ」ですので、
「～ぶり」という意味を表します。

It's beenは、it isでも大丈夫です。

例文
It's been a month since I talked to him.
彼と1ヶ月ぶりに話した

It's been two years since I last saw him.
彼と2年ぶりに再会した。

for the first time in～は「～で初めて」
ということですから、「～ぶり」という意味を
表します。

例文
I met him for the first time in a month.
彼に1ヶ月ぶりに会った

「今年はじめて」

「半年ぶり」という場合は、
