move on to →移動する、進める
二番目の方は「相手が下書きをOKしてから」という箇所が端折られていますので「下書きの後本塗りにうつりますね」というニュアンスです。
もし何度もやりとりをして、相手が作業の流れを把握しているのであれば、これで伝わるかと思います。
一応クリアにしておきたい場合は
