「楽に取得できる単位」のことです。大学でよく使われる言葉です。主な特徴として出席なし、テストなし、課題が少ない等。海外の学生はとてもよく勉強すると聞きますが、楽単なんていう概念そのものがないのかなとも思いますが、もしあればお願いします。

アメリカではF-D-C-B-Aという順でＡが一番優秀なわけで”簡単にＡを取れる”コースをeasy Aとよく言います。

Both phrases, 'piece of cake' and 'walk in the park' mean the same thing.

Both of the examples (A piece of cake) (A walk in the park) should help to describe the suitation. There is no difference between them but I personaly used to say the second one.
A piece of cake' と 'A walk in the park' どちらもこれについて使うことができます。
この二つに違いはありませんが、私は昔 'A walk in the park' をよく使っていました。
