結果は全く別のものになっていただろうって英語でなんて言うの？

「彼が出場していなかったら、結果は全くべつのものになっていただろう」
"Had he not taken part, the result would've been something completely different" など

「結果は全く別のものになっていただろう。」は、

"It could have been a totally different outcome."

"It might have been a totally different result."

という表現を使うことも出来ます。

"could"は「できただろうに」 / "might"は「かもしれない」とどちらも可能性を表す際に使います。

「結果」は、"outcome" / "result"

"Without his presence, it could have been a totally different outcome."
「彼がいなかったら、結果は全くべつのものになっていただろう。」
