現在のって英語でなんて言うの？

「現在の」は current と言えます。

【例】
I love my current job.
「今の仕事が大好き」

「現在の状況はどんなですか？」

「現在の」は英語でいうと「current」になります。例えば
My current wife =　現在の妻
My current job =　現在の仕事
My current salary =　現在に給料

他の言い方でしたら、同じ意味の「At the present time」を使えます。
present time　というフレーズは「今の」の訳出です。例えば：
My present circumstances = 現在の状況
I am out of work at the present time = 現在失業中です
