「指がまわらない(動かない)」って英語でなんて言うの?

「長年ピアノを弾いていたけど、10年以上弾いていないから、指が回らないだろうな…」と言いたい時、英語で何ていえばいいでしょうか?

「指が回らない」を "my fingers can't turn"に 直訳すればおかしく聞こえます。「指がひっくり返し」のように聞こえてしまうことがありますから。「動けない」の方は英語でよく使いますから "my fingers can't move". 「もうできない」という「以前はできたけど今はもうできないという表情を do not より can't で表します。 "like they used to" は「以前のように動けない」「前と違って。。」というヌアンスを伝えます。"move" の副詞です。 「長年ピアノを弾いていたけど、10年以上弾いていないから、指が回らないだろうな…」は "I played piano for a long time but since I haven't played for ten years, I don't think that my fingers can move like they used to. " 「だろう」は英語でよく "I don't think 〇〇" になります。 that を付けると文章を繋げます。"I don't think that he will come." 「彼が来ないだろう。。」 〇〇にした文章のことが現実になる可能性が高い時に使います。例えば、「雨が降るだろう」は「雨が降る可能性が高い」「雨が降ると思います」は英語でいうと I think that it's going to rain.です。 もう一つの「だろう」に当てはまる言い方は I wonder if + 文章。「まだ引けるかな」「指はまだ回せるかな」という気持ちが伝われる表現です。"I think that 〇〇" より可能性が低い、確実に分からない時に使います。 そして、"I wonder if my fingers can move like they used to." にしてもいいし、その他の提案した文章を入れ替えてもいいです。
