「美味しい空気が吸えるので、ピクニックは好きです」
２、I like picnics because we get to eat outside.
「外で食べられるのでピクニックが好きです」
どちらも大人・子供が使っても問題ないフレーズですが、２の方がシンプルで子供が言いそうな表現にしてみました。fresh air は「新鮮な空気」という意味です。

天気はちょうどいいからピクニックも完璧ですという意味です。完璧なピクニックは不可欠なものは良い天気。だから、"the beautiful weather"は最初に書かれている。そのあと"makes"は「作る」を指す。そして, "for a perfect picnic"は最後の部分になる。
簡単な言い方ですが、"I really like today's picnic"は「今日のピクニックが好きです」を指す。そのあと、理由をあげる、"because of the wonderful weather"は「良い天気だから」ということです。
