胃の中の空気を抜かないとこれ以上食べられないって英語でなんて言うの？

空気も一緒にいっぱい食べちゃうのでゲップが必須。。
ゲップ ではなく胃の中の空気を抜く と説明したいのでよろしくお願いします。
