４月に東京滞在をするのですが、今回もAirbnbさん経由でアパートを見つけました！
"The nearest station (from this house) is ○○."
「（この家の）最寄[駅](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/35199/)は○○です。」
○○に駅名を入れてください。
"Nearest"はnear(近い）の最上級なので「最寄の」という訳になります。
「近い」という意味で、一番先に思いつくのはおそらくnear かと思いますが、
close もよく使われます。
この場合のポイントは
「~から 」という部分は、from ではなく、toを使うということです。
「此の家から一番近い駅は～です」も
The closest/nearest station to this house/home is ～.
となります。
close は ”close to"という熟語で覚えている方も多いかと思いますが、特にnearの場合、間違えやすいので気をつけましょう。

上記のように英語で表現することができます。
closest station で「一番近い駅」＝「最寄駅」を表すことができます。

For something to be 'local' is referring something to be close and accessible.
".... Is the station closest to my house"
This statement is explaining that the station is the one closest/nearest to him home.
"My local station"（地元の駅）
= 'local' は近くて利用しやすいものを表します。
".... Is the station closest to my house"（....が私の家から一番近い駅です）
= これは、自分の家から最も近い駅を説明します。
You tell them that you want to drop off to the nearest station to my house.
