このマテリアルをレッスン時間内にやり終えたいって英語でなんて言うの？

1) Let's leave out the introduction and get down to the lesson.
※Let's leave out the introduction ＝　自己紹介抜きにして
※Get down to the lesson. = レッスンを始めましょう。
＊Get down to _ = ＿＿＿にとりかかりましょう。
※As I want to finish this material = このマテリアルを終わらせたいから。
この時のAsは「〜なので、〜だから」の意味です。

２）Can we forget about the introduction and get started with the lesson?
※Can we forget about the introductionは直訳すると「自己紹介忘れることはできますか」ですが、Can we forget about＿＿　＝「＿＿＿抜きにして」といったニュアンスを持っています。
※As I want to finish this material within the lesson time.　＝　このマテリアルをレッスン時間内にやり終えたいから。
Within は〜以内に。

＜例＞　
Hello. Today, Can we forget about the introduction as I want to finish this material within the lesson time.
こんにちは、今日はこのマテリアルをレッスン時間内にやり終えたいので、自己紹介は抜きにしましょう。

I really wish we could do the introductions, but the time is limited.
Can we move on to the lesson (without the introductions)?
「紹介のパート出来たら本当にいいのですが、時間が限られています。
（紹介の部分なしで）レッスンに進んでもいいですか？」

I wish we could～「～できたらいい」
do the introductions「（レッスンなどで）紹介の部分をする」
limited「限られている」
move on to～「～に移る」
without～「～なしで」

紹介の部分本当はしたいのですがと、冒頭で言っているので、
without the introductionsは省いてもいいように思います。

I want to finish this material within the time limit.
時間内にこのマテリアルを終わらせたいんです。

I want to finish this material during this lesson.
このレッスン中にこのマテリアルを終わらせたいんです。

finish は「終わらせる」という意味の英語表現です。

例：
Let's finish this material first.
先にこのマテリアルを終わらせましょう。
