「今日は休館日」は英語ではこのようです。
Today the the day the museum is regularly closed.
The museum is closed today.
Today is the museum's closed day.
「休館日」というのは英語では一つの言葉で言えないので、the day a museum is regularly closed や the closed day などと言います。
Museum というのは「博物館」の意味なんですが、違うビルの場合には正しい言葉を入れ替えください。（例えば library, building, など）。
例えば
Today is the day the library is regularly closed. It is closed every Sunday.
今日は図書館の休館日です。毎週の日曜日に閉まっています。
