この「外出」が仕事とは関係のないことなら下のように言えます。

「うちの職場はちょっとした用事を済ますのにオフィスから外出してもいいんだ。うちの会社は時間に融通が利くんだよ。」
run some errands で「いくつか用事を済ませる・お使いに行く」
flexible about time で「時間に柔軟な・時間に融通が利く」
2) We can run outside for a bit to do something outside of work because our company is not so strict about time.
「うちの会社は時間に厳しくないから、ちょっと外出して仕事以外のことができる。」
「外出する」を run outside と言えます。
「時間に自由が利く」を not so strict about time としました。
