「出る」は日本語でも文脈によって意味が違います。

「出る」は、英語で色々な意味があります。一般的に考えると "come out" は良いですけど、やっぱり、シチュエーションによって、違う英単語を使います。
「（電話に）出る」の場合、"answer the phone call" と言います。

「内側から外へ出る」の場合、"to go out" と言います。
