＊ Do you think →「（〜する）つもり」
Ootchanさんが使われていた Do you plan でも大丈夫です。その場合、plan on living ~ とした方がよりネイティブらしい自然な言い回しになります。
＊ Current → 「現行の」「今の」
＊ The foreseeable future →「当分は」「近い将来」
この場合、Ootchanさんが使われていた for good だと、「永久的に」という意味になるので住んでいるアパートに使う場合にはちょっと言い過ぎかも知れませんね。

for good だと「永遠に」となってしまうので、この場合は for a long time の方が良いと思います。
satisfy を使う場合、I'm satisfied with it. のように with を使ってあげます。
