みんなが大変な思いをしていることは「Everybody is struggling」でも「Everyone is having a hard time」と言います。
特に Everyone と Everybody を使い分ける鉄則などはございません。
Struggle と言う単語は「苦難」とか「苦闘」に値します。
僕の好きな表現は：「Everybody is going through their own struggle」（皆んなそれぞれ、自分で抱えている大変なことがある）
Everyone will struggle with hard times at some point in their life.
We are all dealing with things.
"Everyone is struggling with hard times in life."
Presently, at this time, everyone is struggling, So this sentence is in the present tense. If you want to say that people will have struggles in their life you could say
"Everyone will struggle with hard times at some point in their life."
Some point - at some time, there will be a time when everyone deals with hard times and struggles.
You can also say,
"We are all dealing with things."
Dealing with - This means we are all trying to handle things or fix things in our life.
You can change the word things and say,
"We are all dealing with sorrow."
"We are all dealing with difficulties."
"We are all dealing with a tough decision."
This expression is used when what we are dealing with is hard or painful.

"Everyone is struggling with hard times in life."

［訳］みんな困難に立ち向かっています
"We are all dealing with a tough decision."
［訳］みんな難しい判断に迫られています
この表現は、難しいこと、つらいことに対処している場合に使われます。
If you want to explain that everybody in life struggles in their own way, you can do so in the following ways:
"Everyone struggles in their own way."
"Everyone has a hard time."
「人それぞれみんな苦労はある」は次のように言えます。
"Everyone struggles in their own way."（人それぞれみんな苦労はある）
"Everyone has a hard time."（人それぞれみんな苦労はある）
Everyone is different and copes with things in different ways so we all find certain things hard or struggle with them a good way to explain this is 'we are all dealing with our own problems' to describe everyone has hard times at some point we can say 'we all have hard times in life'
みんなそれぞれ違い、それぞれのやり方で物事と関わっています。ですので、あることが難しかったり、苦戦していることを伝えるには、'we are all dealing with our own problems' （みんなそれぞれ大変なんだよ。）や'we all have hard times in life'（みんな人生大変なことがあるんだよ。）と表現することができます。
This is a colloquial/conversational term that will let everyone know who that life is difficult. It is a phrase that is used between close friends and young people alike.
