  • There are many things I want to talk to you about, but we don't have enough time.

  • There are many things I want to talk about, but we don't have enough time.

  • There are a lot of things I want to talk to you about, but we don't have enough time.

(1) There are many things I want to talk to you about, but we don't have enough time.
(2) There are many things I want to talk about, but we don't have enough time.
(3) There are a lot of things I want to talk to you about, but we don't have enough time.

色々話したいことある → there are many things I want to talk to you about; there are a lot of things I want to talk to you about
時間がない→ there isn't enough time; we don't have enough time

I have a lot of things I want to talk to you about" と言うこともできます。

  • There are alot of things i want to talk to you about but we don't have enough time

  • We don't have enough time to talk about everything i want to

Sometimes you don't always have enough time to say or discuss everything you want to if you want to discuss many things then you can say 'there are lot of things i want to talk to you about' or 'to talk about everything i want to'

'there are lot of things I want to talk to you about'(あなたに話したいことがたくさんある)
'to talk about everything I want to'(話したいこと全てを話すには)

  • I have to speak with you about many things however we do not have much time.

  • I do in fact have a lot to say. But there is not enough time to say it in.

I have to speak with you about many things however we do not have much time.

This answer is based for a formal person. Or in a place where you have to show respect.

I do in fact have allot to say. But there is not enough time to say it in.

This phrase is used when you are speaking to someone that is your friend or colleague. Respect is still shown however it is not as much as the first phrasing.
例文
I have to speak with you about many things however we do not have much time.

I do in fact have a lot to say. But there is not enough time to say it in.

  • So much to say, such little time to say it!

  • We should just discuss one subject right now as time is at a premium today

If 'time is at a premium' it means that something need to be done soon - in this case, discussion. The point is that discussion should be limited to one topic due to the time constraint.

  • There is so much I'd like us to talk about but our time is so limited.

  • There's so much I'd like to discuss with you but we have such little time!

  • I wish we had more time, there is a lot I would like to say.

Lengthy: long
Flow: moving easily without much effort

When we meet someone who flows well with us our conversations are fun and can be lengthy.
Online lessons usually have a set duration of time for each class.
The above sentences express the fact that time is too little to discuss all the things you would like to.
Lengthy: 長さ
Flow:

  • Although there are so many topics I want to discuss with you, it doesn't look like we have enough time

  • Shoot, there's so much I want to talk to you about but, unfortunately, we don't have enough time.

I think the original quote is just fine but throwing more complex words like "although" or "unfortunately" can make it a little more meaningful. An exasperated expression like "shoot" can show the other person that you really want to talk more don't have time

  • There's not enough time!

  • So much to say, so little time!

"There's not enough time!"
This expression is implying that there is not enough time, there is a lot to do/say and time is limited.
"So much to say, so little time!"
This phrase is used a lot, often when you have a lot to talk about/ a lot to say but the time is limited and you are unable to talk for long.
"There's not enough time!"(十分な時間がない!)

"So much to say, so little time!"(たくさん言いたいことがあるのに、時間がない!)
