3は英語でthreeと読みます。
表記の仕方ですが、
文章で書く際、10以下の数字は文字で書き、
I have three dogs in my yard.
(庭に3匹犬がいるんだ)
10以上の文字は数字で書いてOKです。
I'm 19 years old right now but I'm turning 20 next month.
(今19才で来月二十歳になります)
ただし、数字ではじまる文章の場合は数字は10以上でも文字で書きます。
Sixty people turned up at the fair last year
(去年のバザーには60人もの人が来たんだよ)
また、同じ文章に10以下と10以上の数字が同時にある場合は必ず統一してください。
He has three brothers aged 3, 5, and 15.
(彼には3人の兄弟がいてそれぞれ3,5,と15歳なんだ)
He has three brothers, aged three, five, and 15.
↑こちらは間違いです。統一性が必要です。

When non native speakers have problems pronouncing or reading the word, I would recommend readers to separate the word instead of reading the word in its entirety, especially when the word is long in length and contains multiple syllables. In this case, instead of reading the entire "three"at once, I would separate them into "th" and "ree". Put your tongue in between your upper and lower teeth and pronounce the "th" sound (similar to the word "thank") and roll your tongue inward to touch the upper part inside of your mouth and pronounce the "e" alphabet to produce the "ree" sound. Put them together, you got "three".
A great way to learn how to pronounce words is usually saying it quite slow at first. To pronounce the word "three" you would have to start slowly by saying "TH-Ree"/"TH-Ri".
You can also go on Youtube to listen to pronunciation of words you are not sure how to pronounce.
I hope that helps.
The number 3 is pronounced 'three'. However, famously, many Irish speakers have difficulty with saying (or choose not to) say 'tree'. As they also have difficulty with (or choose not to) pronounce the 'th' sound, '33' may be heard as: 'TIRT ee tree'.
数字の「3」は'three'と発音します。しかし、有名な話ですが、アイルランド人の多くは'three'をうまく発音できない(あるいは、しない)ので、'tree'のように言います。'th'もうまく発音できない(あるいは、しない)ので、「33」は'TIRT ee tree'のように聞こえます。
Three's a crowd' is an idiomatic phrase that implies that communication works better when there are just two people. And that when you add a third, things get noisy.
Three's a crowd'は2人だけの方がコミュニケーションが円滑に進むという意味のイディオムです。3人目を加えると騒がしくなるということです。
"Three" is the written form of this number. It is used to start a sentence when writing, for example:
"Three times a day I have a snack."
"3" is the numerical form of this number. It can be written like this in math, or as part of a larger number. Example:
"1 + 2 = 3" or "3,983"
"III" is a much less common version of this number! It is called "Roman Numerals" and very occasionally it will be seen in English. I can't even think of an example because it is so rare. But good to know, just in case you ever see it!
Each of these has the same meaning and pronunciation, but they are just different ways of expressing the number in different situations.
"Three"はこの数字の文字にしたものです。これは文頭で使われます。
例:
Three times a day I have a snack.
