ウン万円って英語でなんて言うの？

英語ではあまり「ウン万円」という言葉は使いませんが、英語だと「ウン」は「Several」そして「万円」は「thousand yen」になります。
「定価で買うとウン十万するけど、中古なら10分の1で買える」を英語にすると、
「At retail price, this would normally cost several thousand yen but it would be 1/10th the price if it's second hand」になります。

英語ではもうちょっとおおざっぱに言ってもいいと思います、この場合は、「It will cost you a fortune」「あなたの財産ぐらいかかります」という意味で、これを文にすると、
「At retail price, this would cost you a fortune but it would be 1/10th the price if it's second hand」「定価で買うと財産を売り払わないと買えないが、中古なら10分の1で買える」になります。
