日本語の「合意」が英語でか「agreement」か「Consent」といいます。
以下は例文です。
彼らはいくつかの点で合意した ー They agreed on several points.
最初は反対意見があったのですが、最終的には合意して会議が終わりました ー At first there was some disagreement, but eventually we came to an agreement and the meeting ended.

「合意」は英語で言うと「Agreement]とか「Consensus」とか「Mutual understanding」でも使えます。
「会議の際に、最初は反対意見があったのですが、最終的には合意して終わりました。」は英語で言うといくつかの言い方があります。下にあります。
「During the meeting, we had a disagreement in the beginning, but in the end we came to an agreement.」
「During the meeting, we had a disagreement at first, but ultimately came to a consensus」
「During the meeting, we at first disagreed, but ultimately came to a mutual understanding」

「合意」という言葉を英語で伝えると、「agreement」という言葉も「consent」という言葉も使っても良いと考えました。この二つの言葉は名詞です。「Agreement」の動詞は「agree」です。例えば、「We had different ideas in the beginning, but by the end of the meeting we were able to agree.」という文章を使っても良いと考えました。「Meeting」は「会議」という意味があって、「different」は「違う」という意味があります。
他の例としては｢consent｣と｢consensus｣ですね｡｢consent｣は同意する､賛成するの意で｢consensus｣の方は合意､一致の意で｡
