外見って英語でなんて言うの？

1.) outward appearance (外見)　人のスタイルとか、ファッションとか、人相などのことはすべて、outward appearanceと言えます。Exteriorも日本語で「外見」と訳せますが、人にはあまり使いません。
例えば、
A persons outward appearance and inner thoughts are sometimes different. (人の外見と内面はときどき異なる場合がある)

外見はappearanceといいます。人の見た目は“Pearson’s appearance”か”How they look”です。

The way a person looks and how they think are different
A persons appearance, and their thinking is sometimes different

家の外見だとappearanceかexteriorがある。

校長の外見は優しい人に見えるけれど本当はいつも怒ってる

exterior(外の、外側の、外装）という意味があり人にはあまり使わないように思います。
反意語はinterior (内部の、内側の、内装）
