「預金口座」は account ですね。
「口座を開設する」は、open an account です。
I would like to do は「…したい」という意味ですね。
would を使うことで、仮定の気持ちを表します。「できれば…したい」という感じです。
I want to do よりも控えめになります。

A current account = an account with a bank or building society from which money may be withdrawn without notice, typically an active account catering for frequent deposits and withdrawals by cheque.
A savings account =a deposit account.

Firstly, you can ask if you can open an account. Secondly you could ask, 'What type of accounts do you have here?'. There are different types of accounts -for example, there are 'current' accounts, 'business' accounts, 'saving' accounts.
Follow on questions- ' I would like to open a business account, please'. 'Will I have to pay monthly fees for the account?'

You should say one of these sentences to describe what you want to do. People will easily understand you. The second sentence is a more polite way, so, I would recommend to use it.
How do i go about opening a bank account with your bank?
Firstly you got to establish which accounts they offer, then what are the requirements meaning what documents you need to open the account. You can do this by going online before going to the bank to save you time of going back and forth to the bank. Then you go into the bank with your documents and ask "Good day sir could you please assist me in opening a bank account?"
