こういう言い方もできます。

どちらも「髪を切ったけどあんまり変わってないよね。」という言い方です。

1) I had my hair cut but I don't look much different!

2) I got a hair cut but I look almost the same, don't I?

「髪を切った」は
I had my hair cut. や
I got a hair cut.
と言えます。

「あんまり変わっていないけどね。」は
I don't look much different.
I look almost the same, don't I?
などと言えます。
