「① That's impossible」＝それは不可能！！
[無理](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/46366/)なことを頼まれたら丁寧に断るのがいいと思いますが、明らかに不当な場合に使ってもいいと思います。
さらに挑発的なのは：「② You're joking right? How is it even possible?」（[冗談でしょ](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/6628/)？こんなの可能なんですか？）。問いかける事によって更に「絶対に無理」の主張が伝わると思います。

少しニュアンスが違うかもしれませんが、
①It's not going to happen ＝そうはなりません ＝無理
「絶対に無理！！」と嘆くときよりも「残念だけど、それはきっとないわね」というような時に使います。
より自然な言い方：I'm sorry, but it's not gonna happen.
②I just can't do it. ＝私にはできません！
単純に「できない」ということを表す表現です。"I can't do it"よりも"just"を入れた方が強調されます。
より自然な言い方：I'm sorry but I just can't do it!!
No way は「ありえない」というニュアンスを持ってます。There's no way I can do it は「絶対にできない」という意味です。
impossible は「無理」なので I'm sorry that's impossible は「ごめんなさい、それは無理です」という意味です。
There's no way I can do it は「どう頑張ってもできない」というニュアンスを持ってますのでダイレクトすぎず、こちらの方で断りやすいかもしれないですよ！

This may mean that you are incompetent.

- this means we need to reconsider the deadline the phrase indicates indirectly that the project cannot be achieved, the second part of the phrase tells your boss in a polite way the solution required.
Phrase 3.
We need more manpower to get this done on time.
Again an indirect way of telling your boss you cannot get the work done on time by yourself and that if he wants it on time he must provide more help.
In a real life business situation effective communicates is best so always identify your problem and then offer a solution if you have one.
3つのフレーズとも、フォーマルな語り口で、上司とあまり面識がない時に、尊敬の念を持って喋る時に適しています。

feasibleは、簡単に実行することができる、という意味で使われます。

3. We need more manpower to get this done on time. もう一度、これは間接的に自分一人では時間内に仕事が終わらないため、終わらせたいのなら、もっと助けが欲しいということを相手にいう時に使います。
