①Could I (please) have the dessert now? →デザートを今もらえますか? ②Could you (please) bring the dessert I ordered now? →私が注文したデザートを今持ってきてもらえますか? ※「please」を使うとより丁寧になります。

  • Could I have the dessert I ordered now please?

The first option is not a question but a statement which will let the waiter/waitress work out what you want them to do. The second is a question which is more specific and tells them exactly what you want them to do. Both of these are acceptable as long as the word please is added somewhere in the sentence so that it is polite.
最初の例は質問ではありません。ウェイターやウェイトレスにしてもらいたいことを伝えるステートメントです。 二つ目の例はより具体的な質問です。してもらいたいことを明確に伝えています。 どちらの表現も使えますが、必ず文のどこかに"please"を加えて丁寧に表しましょう。

The waiter/waitress might not always know you are ready for your next course (dessert) so you might have to ask them to bring it to you so you could ask 'could you bring/could I have my dessert now please?' this is a nice polite way of asking him/her
お客さんがその次の料理(デザート)を待っていることにウェイターまたはウェイトレスが気付かないということもあると思います。ですから、持って来てくださいとお願いしなければならないかもしれません。次のように言えます。 'Could you bring/could I have my dessert now please?'(デザートを持って来ていただけますか) これは丁寧な言い方です。

  • I'd like my dessert not if it's not too much of a pain.

The two sentences you see provided above are great ways to express to your waiter that you now want your dessert. In the second sentence you will see the noun pain. This means trouble or bother. This word would make an excellent addition to your vocabulary since it's a word that is used in both formal and informal settings.
上記例文はどちらとも「デザートを食べる準備が出来た」ことをウェイターに伝える時に使える文章です。 二つ目の例文で”pain"という単語が名詞として使われていますが、ここでは、迷惑を掛ける事や厄介な事、を意味します。 フォーマルな場面でもカジュアルな場面でも使えるので、あなたのボキャブラリーに追加すると良いと思います。

"Excuse me, can you bring out the dessert now?" Once you have finished your main meal, you will want to ask for your dessert. To do so use this phrase. By saying "excuse me" beforehand you will politely gain the waiter/waitresses attention.
