まずは、子供に声をかける時、愛情表現にするために最後に付ける ”honey"、”sweetie"、または ”pumpkin" などの甘～い言葉はネイティブであれば「必ず」忘れずに付けます。（これが無いとキツい、感情が一切入らない赤の他人に声をかける表現になってしまいますね～）
さて、その上で、”Look this way" (こっち見て～）というそのまま直訳した言い方でもＯＫ。
また、”Show me your face" (お顔を見せて～）、また、”Face the camera now"（この場合の ”now" は日本語で言うところの「さぁ～」というニュアンス、従って、「さぁ～こっちに顔を向けて～！！）というような表現もまたネイティブならではよく聞く表現ですね。

We would say " Over here!" in a louder voice to get them to look in the directions we desire them to look.
