「別途」という概念を英語で表現する場合、"Separate" や "Additional" がよく使われます。特に、テーマパークの入場料とは別にアトラクションの使用料が発生する場合、この言葉が適用されます。具体的には、"There are separate charges for attractions in addition to the entry fee."（入場料の他に、アトラクション利用料が別途かかります）と伝えます。
また、"There are additional fees for certain attractions."（特定のアトラクションには追加料金が適用されます）という表現も可能です。ここで、「Additional」という単語は別途の料金、つまり元の料金以上に料金が追加で発生することを表すのに適しており、"Separate"と同義でもあります。
より具体的な表現としては、"The theme park has an entrance fee, but some rides require a separate charge."（テーマパークには入場料がありますが、一部の乗り物は別料金が必要です）と言うこともできます。
separate は「[別の](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/59428/)」という意味になります。
よって separate fee で「別途[料金](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34957/)」という意味になります。
例文：In this theme park, you have to pay the separate fee when for attractions.
「このテーマパークではアトラクションに乗るとき別途料金を払わなければいけません」
additional は「追加の」という意味になります。
よって additional fee は「追加料金」となります。「別途料金」とほぼ同じ意味で使うことができます。
例文：An additional fee will be charged for the use of this service.
「このサービスを利用するには別途料金が発生します」
be charged 「（お金が）かかる、発生する」
これは言い方が二つあります。一つの言い方は separate を使います。
例えば「アトラクション使用料が別途」は The attraction fees are separate と言えます。これは会話でよく使うパターンです。
もう一つの言い方は not included です。これは表記でよく使います。例えば ￥1,000（税金別途）は英語で ￥1,000 (tax not included) になります。

「別途」はこの場合で 'extra' といえばいいと思います。
別途で料金がかかることを自然な英語でいうと 'we have to pay extra' と私ならそう言います。逆に日本語に訳すれば、別途を払わなければならないとなります。

'What we paid now is only the admission fee, if we want to go in any attractions we have to pay extra.'

海外にあまりそういう制度のテーマパークがないと思いますが、ヨーロッパか米国にあるカーニバルとかフェアーには入場してはただでアトラクションに入るのはお金を払うことはあります。

1.) separate (別途) 「別途」は英語でseparateと訳せます。テームパークで別途で料金がかかるアトラクションは普通に英語でpay extra(もっとお金が払う)ということは使います。でも、どちらな言い方でも使って、わかるべきです。
