ありがとうメッセージって英語でなんて言うのでしょうか？

英語で「ありがとう」が「thank you」ですが、メッセージが「message」です。この言葉が「a thank you message」になります。
使い方が：
「彼はお土産を送ってくれた、ありがとうメッセージを送ります」ー「He sent me a souvenir from his holiday, I must send him a thank you message」
以下は他のよく聞かれている似ている表現です。
「誕生日のメッセージ」 ー birthday message
「エラーメッセージ」ー error message

「ありがとう」は英語で thank you ですが決まっている表現であるから形容詞として扱うならとりあえず複合名詞にすることが必要。 複合名詞は二つ以上の合体された単語です。 ダッシュを語の中に入れると合体します。
そして thank you が thank-you になって、形容詞として扱うことができる。a thank-you message になります。
発音が変わりませんのに a thank you message で書くのが NG。
