  • If you have time, I'd really appreciate it if you could give me your opinion (on ○○).

  • If you have a free moment, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could give me your opinion (on ○○).

  • If you happen to have a free moment, I'd be very grateful if you could give me your opinion (on ○○).

どれも丁寧な言い方ですが、3つ目が最も丁寧です。 I'd appreciate it of you could ...は「[…していただけるとうれしいです](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/16039/)」という意味の丁寧な依頼の表現です。 <ボキャブラリー> if you have time = 時間があれば appreciate = 感謝する opinion = 意見 grateful = 感謝している

「① If you have some time, it'd be great to hear your thoughts」は日本語にすると「少し[お時間がありましたら](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/77785/)、ご意見を聞ければ[有り難く](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/66022/)思います」。 ジュリアン

  • If you have time, I would like to have your opinion on ...

丁寧のレベルを少し下げました。 とても丁寧な文章は既に回答されていますので、 失礼ではなく、かつ、そこまでかしこまっていないバージョンにしました。 普通の文章ですが、失礼な感じは受けないと思います。 堅苦しくない言い方にしてみました。 「お時間のあるときに、ご意見をいただきたいと思います。」 こんな感じです。

  • If you have time, I'd appreciate your opinion.

  • Please let me know your opinion.

  • Your input would be much appreciated.

If your boss has time, he will reply. Probably it is not necessary to mention '..if you have time..' A boss, of course, has excellent time management skills and it may be taken badly if you suggest he has no time to respond to an email!
あなたの上司に時間があれば彼は返事をするでしょう。おそらく「時間があれば」は言及する必要はありません。もちろん、上司は優れた時間管理スキルを持っているものですから、お時間があればなんて、メールを返信する時間がないなどと言えば、悪い意味でとられるかもしれませんね。

  • If you have time...

  • Could you let me know...

These are respectful ways to ask for an opinion without any rush. "If you have some time, could you let me know what you think about this?" "If you have some time, I would appreciate it if you would let me know..."
このように様々な丁寧なフレーズがあります。 "If you have some time, could you let me know what you think about this?" "If you have some time, I would appreciate it if you would let me know..."

  • Please let me know your opinion on this.

  • Please advise me on how best to handle this.

Since this person is your boss, it would be courteous to ask him politely by starting with the adverb 'please' before carrying on with your request. The verb to 'advise' is used in the second request option because the boss may offer more suitable suggestions on how best to handle the problem. So, you may say: Please let me know your opinion on this. or Please advise me on how best to handle this.
この人が自分の上司であるので、 リクエストをする前に、 “please”(お願いします)から始めるのがとても礼儀正しいです。 “advise”(助言する)という動詞は、 どのように問題を対処すれば良いか 上司がより適切な提案をしてくれるかもしれないので、 二番目のリクエストの中で使われます。 このようにいう事ができます。 “Please let me know your opinion on this.” (これに対しての意見を教えてください。) “Please advise me on how best to handle this.” (これの対処の一番の仕方を助言してください。)

  • I was just hoping that you can give me your feedback/opinion on something if you have the time.

  • Could you please give me your opinion/feedback on this if you have the time?

If you would like to send an email to someone asking them for their feedback/opinion on something, you can say something like "I was just hoping that you can give me your feedback/opinion on something if you have the time." or "Could you please give me your opinion/feedback on this if you have the time?".

  • Would you please let me know your opinion on this topic when you get the chance?

Email is a great way of communication these days. It is used by everyone and moreseo in business situations. Now we have quicker ways of communication like with Smartphones so the message can be received earlier. This sentence is a very polite way of addressing your boss if you must ask him something by email. He will probably respond ñveru quickly unless he is very busy.

  • Can you give me some feedback when you have time?

  • Can you give me some feedback when you have a moment?

  • When you have a moment, can you give me some feedback?

Here are three ways that we can phrase this question and get feedback from our boss. In the first two examples we can either use the noun, "time," or, "a moment," interchangeably for the same meaning. In the third example, we can see that the phrase, "when you have a moment," can either be put at the the beginning or end of the sentence.
