「うちが花」は日本のことわざなので直訳するのが難しいですが、この文脈でこのように翻訳できると思います、「うちが花」＝「enjoy it while it lasts」、「叱られる」＝「to be scolded/reprimanded」、それに英語にすると共に説明した方がいいと思います、というわけでこのように表現できます：「You should enjoy being scolded while it lasts, (it means that they care enough to tell you off)」
