評価ばかり気にしてるで I keep worrying about others' views なども 使えます。 後者の what others think は 他の人がどう考えてるかの意味です。 Facebook など SNS でのいいね！の評価について言いたい場合は最後の I keep worrying about the amount of likes I get の方が良いと思います。 いいね！の数を気にしてるという表現です。
