精神性を高めることに繋がることって英語でなんて言うの？

いい質問ですね！僕も最近、瞑想にはまっているのですが、なぜ好きか友達に説明する言葉がなかなか見つかりません

「精神性を高めることに繋がること」= It leads to increasing spirituality. 「精神性」= spirituality 「私は 精神性を高める事に繋がる事をするのが好きです。 例えば 精神性を高める音楽に触れる、エゴから離れた大自然の中で 魂のメッセージを受け取り自然のエネルギーを存分に感じる、どうしたら成長速度を早められるかを考える、などです。」＝　I like to do things that lead to an increase in spirituality.
