「① I'm terrible with directions!」
「私はとても方向音痴です！」
↑ 「terrible with directions」は、[方向](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34853/)を理解することがとても[苦手](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/71084/)だという意味です。しかし逆に「I'm great with directions」はあまり聞きません。自慢げに聞こえるからでしょうか。
また、「② I'm not good with directions.」とも言えます。

方向音痴 なんです は
I have little sense of direction.
といいます。
little と a を付けない（× a little) と、「ほとんど～ない」という意味になり、
「私は[方向](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34853/)感覚が[ほとんど無いんです](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34016/)」という意味です。
もし、「私はそれ以上」と言う強者？の方でしたら
I have no sense of direction.
（方向感覚がまったくないんです）
といえばいいですね。
私も実は、I have little/no sense of direction ですが、
ニューヨークだったら、一人でも地図片手に歩けます。
交差点ごとにstreetやavenueの名前が書いてあって、本当にわかりやすい所で、それが一番気に入りました（笑）
シンプルな言い方を２つご紹介します。
I have a poor sense of direction.
私は方向音痴です。

私はよく迷子になります。
sense of direction で「方向感覚」と言えます。
poor sense of ... で「〜感覚がない」のようなニュアンスです。
方向感覚がすごく貧しいんです。

You can also use 'can I follow you there instead?' to ask your listener if you can follow your listener to the destination.
or
'Can you point me in the right direction'- Can you show me by pointing your finger in the direction that I should walk, to get to my destination?
I'm not good with maps-
You are telling your listener that you find it difficult to use maps effectively, and sometimes, you still get lost while using a map.
I'm not good with directions' または 'I'm bad with directions'-
行き方を教えられているにもかかわらず、目的地に着くまで苦労する状況です。
話している相手に'can I follow you there instead?'という事もできます。
これは、あなたの後を付いて行っても良いですか？という意味です。
他にも 'Can you point me in the right direction'
-行くべく正しい方角を指さししてくれますか？と言う事もできます。
I'm not good with maps
-聞き手に、自分は地図を把握してみるのが得意ではない。
地図を使っても道に迷ってしまう事を伝えています。
My sense of direction is awful.'
We can use the phrase 'sense of direction' to talk about our ability with taking and following directions. If our sense of direction is not good, there are many synonyms we can use such as 'awful', 'poor', 'bad' etc
My sense of direction is awful.'（ひどい方向音痴です）
'sense of direction' とは「方向感覚」のことです。方向感覚が「良くない」なら、'awful' 'poor' 'bad' など使える類語がたくさんあります。
To explain that you are not good with directions, you can say:
"My sense of direction is abysmal at best."
"I have a terrible sense of direction."
"I'm not good with directions."
「私は方向音痴です」は次のように言えます。
