それを言うのはやめてほしいって英語でなんて言うの？

「やめてほしい」は自分が欲しいことなので"I"を使います。 "I　(really) wish you wouldn't say that."　（＊一番やさしい言い方） "I want you to stop saying that." "I don't want you say that anymore." など。 「やめた方がいい」は相手が何をするべきなことなので"You"を使います。 "You shouldn't say that." "You should stop saying that." "You better stop saying that." どちらの場合でも使えるフレーズは"I"も"You"もあまり使いません。 "Stop saying that!" →　「それを言うのやめて！」 "Stop it!"　→　「やめて！」 "Shut up!"　→　「黙れ！」 高圧的にならないようにやめてほしい理由も言ってあげるといいかもしれません。 "I really wish you wouldn't say that. It hurts my feelings." 「それを言うのはやめてほしい。傷つくよ。」
