"immunization" の前に "a" を書いているだけど、 "an" に変わりましょう。ですから、"I came here to get an immunization."になります。

アメリカで "vaccination" や "vaccine" をよく使うので、I came here to get a vaccination" も言います。
インフルエンザ予防接種の場合、"I came here to get an influenza vaccination." と言えます。
もし、子供は予防接種を受ける場合、"I came here to get a vaccination for my child"「子供の予防接種を受けるために来ました。」という意味です。複数の場合、"child" じゃなくて、"children" になります。

An injection you have to help to stop you getting an illness or disease is called a 'vaccination' so you would say 'i'm here to get my child vaccinated' would explain why you are at a hospital

ですから、'I'm here to get my child vaccinated'（子どもの予防接種に来ました）と言えます。これで、病院に来た理由を説明できます。
When you get to the front desk of the hospital and want to explain that you are there to get a vaccination for your child; then you may explain this in the following ways:

"Vaccinations" is the formal way of saying it but in America, "shots" is the common way to refer to vaccinations.
Vaccinations and shots are the noun form, "get a vaccination" or "get a shot", you can also use the adjective form to describe your child as being or having been "vaccinated".

If I didn't know where to go in the hospital, I would say something like: "Could you please tell me where to go for a vaccine shot?" If I was just checking in (letting them know I was there), I would say something like: "We're here for a vaccine."

"Vaccination" is a very big word. We can also say "injection", "inoculation" or it can be simplified to the word "shot". Most people would use the latter. If you want to be specific you can mention the actual procedure but either way, they receptionist would understand that you are there for some procedure that is different from a regular checkup for example.
Saying "scheduled" means that the appointment was already made and that the child is due to be vaccinated or get his shots on this day that was previously arranged
