日の当たらない道って英語でなんて言うの?

a lost-daylight road という表現を思いつきましたが、a daylight-lost roadの方が正しいでしょうか? -でつなぐ場合、単語同士の修飾関係がどう掛かっていくのかわからなくなりました。

「日の当たらない道」は”A road where the sun never shines."で大丈夫です。 「日の当たらない道」を”A place where the sun never shines"と表現します。 日の当たらないを”the sun never shines"になります。 また、”The sun never shines on the poor"という表現もありますが、「貧しい人々には日が当たらない」という意味です。 ご参考になれば幸いです。
