get things doneやget my tasks doneで表現できると思います(*^_^*)
get ～ doneは、「～を済ませる、処理する、片付ける」といったニュアンスです。
「多少残業しないと仕事が回らない」は、
Unless I work a little overtime, I can't get things done.
「多少残業しないと、仕事を片付けられない」
のように言い表すことが出来ます(*^_^*)
