can't make it はこの場合「時間の都合がつかない」
go ahead で「話などを先に進める」
2) If I'm not there just have the meeting without me.
「もし私がいなかったら私抜きでミーティングやって。」
if I'm not there 「私がそこにいないなら」
have the meeting 「ミーティングをする」
