定価って英語でなんて言うの？

「定価」は regular price や original price と言いますが、「定価から値引きされる」と言うときは、regular price や original price などを使って言うと不自然な言い方になってしまい、下のように言った方が自然で良いと思います。

The supermarket in my neighborhood puts the prices down on perishable items at night.
「近所のスーパーは夜に生鮮品の値引きをする。」
put the prices down on ~ を使った言い方です。

Perishable items go on sale at night at the supermarket.
「スーパーでは夜になると生鮮品がセールになる。」
... go on sale を使った言い方です。

regular = 普通の、通常の
original = オリジナルの、もとの
price = 値段

定価から値引きされます
Discount from the regular price

この商品の定価は千円です
The normal price for this item is 1000 yen.

生鮮品の定価から値引きされました
The normal price for fresh fish was reduced

「定価」は marked price か retail price で言えます。

「スーパーでは夕方〜夜になると、生鮮品などを定価から値引きされた値段で買うことができます」というのは You can buy fresh products at a discount from the marked price at supermarkets when it gets late at night で言えます。

例文
The original price was 1,000 yen, but they gave a 10 percent discount.
定価は1000円だったけど、10％割引にしてくれたよ。

List price と　Established price　が使われます。

たとえば：
The list price for the car I bought was 2 million yen.
私が買った車の定価は200万円でした。

We should sell our new products for the established price.
当社は新製品を定価で販売しなければなりません。

regular price / normal price ＝ 普通の値段・いつもの値段・値引きされてない値段。
