脈が飛ぶって英語でなんて言うの？

1) My pulse sometimes feels like it's off because of the medicine I'm taking.
「飲んでいる薬のせいで脈が時々狂ってるみたい。」
「脈」は pulse
ここでも off は「ずれている・狂っている」という意味になります。

2) My heartbeat feels a little irregular. I think it's a side effect from the medicine I'm taking.
「心拍が少し不規則です。飲んでいる薬の副作用だと思います。」
脈拍と心拍はほぼ同義語なので heart beat とも言えると思います。
「薬の副作用」は side effect (from the medicine)
